In the insurance industry, employees will have problems with claims from time to time. We are there to help when those situations arise! When our clients call with a problem, we get actively involved in the mitigation of the issue. Many times, we can solve problems by:
- listening carefully and skillfully to understand the situation;
- identifing and determining the process options for resolution;
- connecting the employee with the right department or contact of the insurer;
- using insurance policies and procedures to the advantage of the plan sponsor and employee; and,
- representing both the plan sponsor’s and employee’s position with the insurer.
